We love pets! Burberry Place is a pet-friendly apartment community that welcomes both dogs and cats. Residents also enjoy a spacious on-site pet park and dog washing station—perfect for active pets and easy upkeep. Contact the leasing office for details on pet fees and guidelines.
Can I have shelves, curtains, posters, etc.?
Yes! Residents are welcome to personalize their apartment with shelves, curtains, posters, and other décor. Just be sure to use non-damaging hanging methods to protect walls and finishes throughout your space.
Do you require renter’s insurance?
Yes, to ensure peace of mind for everyone, we do require renter’s insurance.
When should I set up utilities?
We recommend setting up your utilities on the day of your move-in to ensure everything is ready for you to enjoy your new home.
Can I paint my walls?
To preserve the quality and consistency of interiors across the community, painting or structural changes to walls are allowed only with prior written approval from management. Always check before making modifications.
What does the application and leasing process look like?
Our process is simple and convenient! You can apply online, and approval usually takes up to 72 hours. We’re here to help if you have any questions along the way.
How do I submit a maintenance or service request?
It’s easy! Just log into our Resident Portal to submit your request, and our team will take care of it promptly.
What is the average rent?
