We love pets! Burberry Place is a pet-friendly apartment community that welcomes both dogs and cats. Residents also enjoy a spacious on-site pet park and a dog washing station will be included in the new clubhouse coming soon—perfect for active pets and easy upkeep. Pet screenings are required, as well as a $300 deposit and a $150 nonrefundable fee. Monthly pet rent for dogs ranges from $10–$50, depending on applicable pet-screening criteria. Contact the leasing office for details on pet fees and guidelines.

Burberry Place offers lake views, a pet park, a lighted tennis court, covered parking, and on-site management/maintenance. Coming in 2027, Burberry Place will offer an outdoor swimming pool, clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, dog washing station.
